Digital Gurukul
Educational institutions handle highly sensitive minor and guardian records. Digital Gurukul was engineered from day one with zero-leakage multi-tenancy and defense-in-depth principles.
How requests travel securely from student & faculty browsers through Edge Middleware to scoped database sandboxes.
Enterprise security features baked into every tier without extra charge.
Every institution operates within an independent DNS subdomain (e.g., abc.subnexusonline.online). The Edge middleware parses and validates the Host header before routing to internal components, ensuring complete isolation.
All operational tables (users, classes, attendance, grades, forms) feature strict foreign-key tenant scoping. Queries cannot query data without resolving the validated tenant ID.
Server-side enforcers inspect the user's role on every incoming request. Cross-tenant sessions are bounced immediately and disabled modules return 404 at the route level.
Every administrative action, grade update, student enrollment, and sign-in is cryptographically recorded into a tamper-evident audit ledger with timestamps and actor IDs.
All network traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3 with automated HSTS enforcement. Tenant database stores and backup snapshots are encrypted with AES-256.
Continuous automated backups stored across geo-redundant regions ensure point-in-time recovery with near-zero data loss tolerance.
